I could remove the nature details and just list the pattern, but I don't think I'd regain enough space to post anything interesting. The two things I use the most are the Daily Activities and Natures tables. When I was trimming down the info, I had two goals: what would I (an experienced player) want to reference and what would a new player want to reference. For instance, you can look up each Mino to see its max level, but, as far as I know, you can't say "which Minos can hit 70?" and get a list of them. The problem that I have there is that it isn't useful as a quick reference. I actually didn't know Erratic and Intelligent were cheaper to level until looking it up on that site. I had the pattern for nature tiers figured out, but used them to confirm that it worked across the board. Yeah I actually used MinoSource as a means to verify some of my data. Captain's Sword (+20% Attack, -20% Defense).Captain's Hat (+40% Defense, -20% Attack).

Berries: Peril event (Approx 1 Berry per 5 keys, plus a Berry II at three kills).Seems simple and obvious, but it took me ages to realize I didn't have to open every chest. For instance, if you run the Peril event, defeat the peril three times, but click Skip Rewards each time, you will still finish the "Defeat him three times" quest and get a Berry II without using any keys. Most events have quests that do not require keys. For example, my Snowbrute has a base HP of 1716. Buffs are applied multiplicatively, not addatively.
